This balance patch will be small, we have to be careful with tweaking the numbers each patch
Buffs:
- Arturo: Close-Range Reiatsu now deals 15 piercing damage, up 5 from 10.
- Bankai Soifon: High Speed Flash Clones now has a cooldown of 2, down 1 from 3.
- Hollow Ichigo: Overwhelming Cero now has a cooldown of 3, down 1 from 4.
- Kensei: Bankai - Tekken Tachikaze now deals 20 damage to all enemies, up 5 from 15.
- Iba Tetsuzaemon: Vicious Strike's secondary damage will deal 40 damage, up 5 from 35.
- Haineko: Growl Haineko cooldown is now 3, down 1 from 4.
Nerfs:
- Ushoda Hachigen: Restoration Barrier now costs 1 extra random energy.
- Szayel: Fraccion Call now deals 15 damage a turn, down 5 from 20.
- Broly: Eraser Cannon now has a cooldown of 1. Up 1 from 0.
- Kenpachi: Kenpachi Stab now deals 25 damage, down 5 from 30.
- Shinji: Collapse, Sakanade now has a cooldown of 1, up 1 from 0.
- Kidou Urahara: Suspended Seal Destruction's 2nd effect now triggers at 40 health, down 10 from 50.
