Banned Characters - Literally_Rock_Lee - 09-26-2022
I noticed that some characters (e.g. Grimmjow) are banned for clan wars and official tournaments. Why is that?

His Gran rey cero deals piercing damages ignores invulnerability and cannot be countered or reflected. Only way I can see it being stopped is with rip off, Golondrina.

So Character bans for wars are determined by whoever hosts the war. They can pick as few or as many characters as they want to ban. The reason for this is usually that the character is either really strong or otherwise not fun to play against. Sajin Komamura is a great example of strong combo potential with the potential to keep his team invulnerable for 2 turns that I know some clan leaders hate facing!

Grimmjow as a character, yes, he's pretty easy to deal with, but Gran Rey Cero as an attack as of now can only really be stopped with rip off Golondrina and Shatter displacement.
