Shrieker's Leeches effect is currently able to be ignored, even though it is not supposed to.
The affliction portion happens fine, but when enemies are ignoring harmful effects (ex. Ururu, Aizen's Hogyoku Fusion, etc.) the "Tuning Fork Bomb Explosion may be used on this character" part is being ignored.
In the attached screenshot, Leeches was active on all characters, but we can see that it can only be used on ichigo (stark is invulnerable and Aizen is ignoring it).
