Is this site going down? in last year there is so low updates, new characters nowhere, where is restart?

I recently rejoined (I played back in like 2011) I was Shitori1237 and my account got nuked in the reset. It's probably time I give up again. I can't even unlock anyone because I have to face 10 variations of aizen with low level characters and it sucks knowing I had 80% of these characters unlocked
