Why do people swap? If you have to swap to win in ladder, then find a new game to play. I find about 1 new swapper per 3 days smh

Swappers are people who create alternate accounts and queue up, hoping to match against their main account, and they surrender. This is always either for free xp or mission progress. Automating the detection of swappers is difficult, since some strong players like Kon-el are quite capable of going on a long streak. I'm looking into some options, but for now, my best strategy is ban them as I find them :/
