The balance for 2.0 will be big, so we've divided this in 2 parts, you can see this first part as preparation for the 2.0 release in october/november

Buffs:
- Kurosaki Isshin:

• Getsuga Tenshou now deals 30 damage, up 10 from 20.
  

• Ally Tears' triggers at each 25 health, down 5 from 30
  

• Suspending star now sets health to 30, up 5 from 25.
  

• Black Coffin's secondary damage now deals 30 damage, up 5 from 25.
  

• Surge cooldown is now 1, down 3 from 4.
  

• Swift Cut cooldown decreased to 0, down 1 from 1.
  

• Unfortunate Gift Energy cost reduced to 0
  

• Dragon Form's destructible defense is now 45, down 55 from 100.
  
• Freeze Breath's cooldown is now 2, up 1 from 1.
  

• Bloodlust now costs 1 random energy.
  

• Fulfill's secondary heal now heals 10, down 5 from 15
  

• Los Nueve Aspectos damage decreased to 20, down 5 from 25.
  

This balance patch will be small, we have to be careful with tweaking the numbers each patch

Buffs:
- Arturo: Close-Range Reiatsu now deals 15 piercing damage, up 5 from 10.
- Bankai Soifon: High Speed Flash Clones now has a cooldown of 2, down 1 from 3.
- Hollow Ichigo: Overwhelming Cero now has a cooldown of 3, down 1 from 4.
- Kensei: Bankai - Tekken Tachikaze now deals 20 damage to all enemies, up 5 from 15.
- Iba Tetsuzaemon: Vicious Strike's secondary damage will deal 40 damage, up 5 from 35.
- Haineko: Growl Haineko cooldown is now 3, down 1 from 4.

Nerfs:
- Ushoda Hachigen: Restoration Barrier now costs 1 extra random energy.
- Szayel: Fraccion Call now deals 15 damage a turn, down 5 from 20.
- Broly: Eraser Cannon now has a cooldown of 1. Up 1 from 0.
- Kenpachi: Kenpachi Stab now deals 25 damage, down 5 from 30.
- Shinji: Collapse, Sakanade now has a cooldown of 1, up 1 from 0.
- Kidou Urahara: Suspended Seal Destruction's 2nd effect now triggers at 40 health, down 10 from 50.

CHALLENGE
A group OR clan roster of 3 people will be given the chance to challenge the 5 man main roster of Wandenreich. Each group of participants that successfully win the 3vs5 within a week, will have one person chosen at random receive a Nitro.

- Sode no Shirayuki: Icy wind's cooldown is now 3, down 1 from 4.
- Mashiro, Rose and Kensei's mask usage requirement has been reduced by 1 usage.
- Child Nel's Skull Bash will deal 30 physical damage, up 5 from 25.
- Pesche Guatiche's Infinite Slick now reduces damage by 15, up 5 from 10.
- Kidou Mom's Suspending Star health set is now 25, up 5 from 20.
- Koga Raging Light Fang's cooldown is now 0, down 1 from 1.
- Lilynette: Choke's threshold now triggers at 30 or below health, up 5 from 25.

Nerfs:
- Inner Ichigo's Inner Combat now makes the enemy ignore all helpful effects for the instant the skill is used, and then they will take the damage
- Numb Chandelier: Seed Control now doesn't ignore invulnerability.
- Tenken: Kokujo Tenken Myoo now costs 2 random energies, up 1 from 1.
- Ryuuken: Quincy Tactics now has a cooldown of 1, up 1 from 0.
- Koutotsu: TimeSpace Barrier now grants 30 DD, down 10 from 40.
- Yumichika: Bloom, Fuji Kujaku now has a cooldown of 1, up 1 from 0.
- Shinji: Collapse Sakande's secondary damage now deals 10 affliction damage, down 10 from 20.
- Gonryumaru: Storm Call now costs 1 extra random energy.
