Noteworthy Game Mechanic Stuff:
- Stealing effects: Stealing an effect is where you remove an effect from someone, and place it on you. If an effect cannot be removed, it cannot be stolen
Buffs:
- Demoura Zodd - "Concentrated Wave" reactivates when a non-affliction skill is used on him
- Wasn't really sure how to word this in a way that makes sense. Just read the skill, the reactivation bit was only Energy + Strategic
- Hakuda Yamamoto- "Double Bone's" ignore helpful effect now lasts 2 turns
- "Why not?"
Nerfs:
- Gengar- "Shadow Ball" no longer grants bonus energy damage
- "Cursed Body" only puts "no-cooldown" skills on a 1 turn cooldown
- Stacking bonus damage with Gengar has been a bit too effective. That, and his slowdown, while doing what it's supposed to do, might be doing it a bit too well
- Hisagi Shuhei- "Explosive bands" no longer ignores invulnerability
- "Binding Spell #62: Hundred Steps Fence" no longer ignores invulnerability
- Hisagi has been a bit oppressive getting to simply stun an enemy rather than play into the invulnerable cycle. No more
- Hozukimaru- "Beast Jab" can now be countered and reflected
- Hozukimaru is slow, and by magnitude, his power is about where I want it. For the people who don't telegraph their counters, this nerf will make him a bit easier to play around
Random Tip: If you have a skill that makes the enemy ignore helpful effects, be sure to use it first to maximize the benefit. Otherwise, your other skills will be less potent! For example, in this screenshot, if Ururu's "crushing kick" was used first, the damage from Menos Grande and Jinta would have gone through
Noteworthy Bug Fixes:- Action/control skills now correctly calculate if their target is invulnerable rather than pulling a cached value
- Characters who transform into other characters now correctly revert to their original selves on your selected team once the match ends (Aaroniero, Hollow Muramasa)
- More performance optimizations, though admittedly on some more niche actions
- Certain actions, such as resetting your account, no longer restart the server in hyper-specific situations

Rules
- Account Sharing is Strictly forbidden
- All matches will be 4/7
- Each team will ban 5 characters
- Before each set, each player will give their opponent 10 characters, 5 at a time.
- You must use atleast 1 character from the list your opponent has given you in every game.
- No full teams (no having 3 stunners, affliction, heal, counter, AoE, drain, team invulnerability, or cost increase in 1 team)..
- In case someone uses a banned character, combination, or full team, screenshot the match for proof (timestamp required). The winner of the match is then able to determine if they take the win or give rematch.
- No repeating characters (for example; You can only use Renji once per set).
- No copying teams (2 out of 3 characters of your opponents team. If they use Ichigo + Rukia, you cannot use them in the same team)
- If you leave in the middle of a set, you have 24 hours left to come back.
- No screenshot + Timestamp = no proof.
- If your opponent used a banned character you still have 12 hours after the set to claim the win, if your opponent until then starts their next match, you're not allowed to claim it anymore and it's your fault for not noticing.

Buffs:
- Arturo Plateado - "Fenix Parry" now counters Physical and Energy skills
- "Partial Resureccion" now increases his damage by 15 (up 5) and damage reduction provided by this skill is now 15 (up 5)
- "Fenix Parry" only countering physical skills makes the skill to niche to effectively use, especially when considered that to use this skill, there are 3 skills in the rotation before this that don't deal damage, making this essentially a 2 cost skill that seldom does damage, as well as the 4th in a row. For those reasons as well, "Partial Resureccion's" benefits have been increased
- Ruri Iro Kujaku- "Harvest" Cooldown lowered to 2 turns
- Random nature of the skill, combined with the high cooldown was a rough combination. Lowered cooldown though, and it might be nicer
Nerfs:
- Aikawa Love- "Battle Cry" no longer heals
- He got this heal when his mask requirement was lowered, and has been an underutilized powerhouse until recently. I think the mask change is needed, but removing the heal will bring him back in line
- Kidou Kira- "Inverse Mountain Crystal" no longer ignores effects that remove destructible defense
- When I standardized the effects and went through deciding who could and couldn't ignore removing destructible defense, I thought "meh fuck it why not, let's let kira ignore it, which was a tiny buff. However, he's a lynchpin in a lot of full destructible defense teams, and it nullifies the counter-play from skills that remove dd, so I made this change to allow those skills to break through those teams
- Kurosaki Isshin- "Agitowari" will only increase his damage by 5 permanently if an opponent uses a harmful skill for 1 turn (down from 2)
- I wanted Isshin to be able to ramp up as the game went on, but with 2 turns to penalize, he ramps up a bit too fast still
- Yin and Yang- "Crackling Assault" damage lowered to 10
- With the buffs she got last patch, both forms ended up being very nice. However, Yin is a little strong, so I'm dialing back the number change this skill got

If you downloaded the exe or android apk, be sure you download the new version for the bug fixes!
Client Fixes:- Backspacing on the character search filter fixed
- Black hp + custom rank hat texture bug fixed
- Starting health/max health for Choe Neng Poww fixed
- Keyboard on mobile-via-browser for private battles fixed
- Clan abbrevation bug fixed
- Lets of redundant code and assets deleted from the client to make client run a bit smoother and faster.
Noteworthy Bug Fixes:- Ryujin Jakka's "Phoenix Fire's" damage now ignores invulnerability correctly
- Dangai Ichigo's "Zangetsu Slash" now works
- I lost my notes because I fucked up a merge on github, these are just the bugs I fixed in recent memory. I did more, but don't recall them. Sorry

Welcome to the Wandenreich vs Tamashii 5v5 war! This war will be fought under draft pick character group rules. There will be 8 pre-determined groups of 10 characters, each group with different characteristics. The player from the team with the current score lead gets to pick a group first. They get two picks, while the opposing player only gets one. The players take turns to pick a group each, and the selected 3 groups of 10 characters are the only characters that can be used in that given set, with one of each group in each match.
- All sets are 3/5
- This war is Last Man Standing Elimination
- Only characters from the 3 player-selected groups can be used in the given set
- No full teams (no having 3 stunners, affliction, heal, counter/reflect, AoE, drain, DD, cost increase, AoE-invul skills in one team)
- In case of use of a banned character or a full team , screenshot the match for proof (timestamp required). The winner of the match is then able to determine if they take the win or give rematch within a 16 hour timelimit, granted the offender has not played any other matches.
- You can NOT repeat characters in a set.
- No copying teams (2 out of 3 characters of your opponent's team. if they use Ichigo+Rukia you cannot use them in the same team , but can still use those characters)

Buffs:
Ayasegawa Yumichika: - "Blooming Flower" heal increased to 15
- If your enemy doesn't have destructible defense or damage reduction, there's almost no reason to use this skill over "Empower." Now there's more of a choice
Hakuda Yamamoto:- "Fierce Grab" cost lowered to 1 random
- "Double Bone" now stuns energy skills for 1 turn
- After some extensive play testing, the verdict on this guy is "he's alright, tiny changes and he'll see more play"
Hisagomaru:- "Fulfill" may now be used while active on himself or an ally to heal for 15 health
- Some long and thought out statement that sounds really cool that says how much he needs a built in heal for his kit to have any rhyme/reason
Hozukimaru:- "Awakening spirit" now grants Hozukimaru 5 permanent damage every 3 turns (instead of for just 1 turn). Ally effect unchanged
- "Empowered Slash" cooldown lowered to 2 turns
- "Tsuki-Tsuki Dance" now makes Hozukimaru invulnerable for 1 turn
- "Amp" progresses the counter on "Awakening Spirit" by 1 turn and lowers all of Hozukimaru's active cooldowns by 1 turn
- This is closer to the original vision of the character, but poorly worded explanation + frustration from trying to understand it lead to what we had before
Hyorinmaru- "Weather Manipulation" only swaps to "Sennen Hyoro" while active
- "Multi Headed Dragon" cooldown lowered to 1
- "You Are My Master" may now be used to make Hyorinmaru invulnerable for 1 turn if there are no Hitsugayas present on his team
- "You didn't do anything to his alt kit" I know I only had the patience to deal with one form this patch. "Weather Manipulation" is a strong skill, only being able to use it once sucked. "Multi headed Dragon" is objectively okay/good, but 2 turn cooldown is rough. No invul skill sucked. Base form might actually be viable now. Also the damage reduction from [i]"Weather Manipulation" was acting like destructible defense, but that bug was never reported or noticed as far as I'm aware because literally nobody was using this form of him[/i]
Ryujin Jakka:- "Phoenix Fire" now ignores invulnerability
- "Infuse" will swap back to "Flame Tendrils" when the active "Flame Tendrils" ends
- There have been times where "Phoenix Fire" would not spread after killing because the last enemy(s) was/were invulnerable. Because of this, it would fail to apply. Making it ignore invulnerability gets around that, and getting flame tendrils back seems like a no brainer thing that should have been done a while back
Sode No Shirayuki:- While "Icy Wind" is active, any enemy that targets her with a new harmful skill will gain 1 freeze counter
Yin and Yang:- "Screaming Sky Fire" will now damage after 3 turns
- "Crackling Assault" damage increased to 15, will reduce the timer on "Screaming Sky Fire" by 1 turn if it's active on a target
- "Static Body" Now counters the first harmful skill used on her
- I left these effects out of her on release because I thought they'd be too strong. Her numbers suggest she needs help though, so why not
Nerfs:
Broly:- "The Super Saiyan" passive effects may only trigger once per turn
- Damned if you focus him, damned if you don't. Now you don't have to worry about ramping the damage up by 15 points if you focus him
Demon Sado:- "Diablo Punch" cooldown increased to 2 turns
- He's "suffered" from the same problem yoruichi was facing, where they both have a very clear skill rotation. In Sado's case, ignoring non-affliction damage for 2 turns allows him to pull some pretty shady shit. Hopefully this slows him back down enough to play nice with the rest of the characters
Hueco Mundo Kenpachi- While "Enormous Reiatsu Release" is active, Hueco Mundo Kenpachi can no longer reduce damage or become invulnerable
- No more.
Iba Tetsuzaemon- "Sake" no longer grants energy when used while active
- For a character like Iba who targets randomly, he needs to be strong. If I lower the damage and kill his 3 hit potential, he dies. He has no real defense, which makes me hesitant to remove his ignore. All that leaves is the guarantee that he's useful
Inner Ichigo- "Reiatsu Wave" cooldown increased to 2 turns
- If you got good energy, you could use this skill twice in one ally takeover activation. Kinda nutty
Kurotsuchi Mayuri- "Ashisogi Poison Release" cooldown increased to 3 turns
- Several of you might remember a few patches ago where I lowered the cooldown of this skill and increased the destructible defense it granted. I stand by the destructible defense change, but the frequency at which people are getting it has elevated his numbers a bit. While he wasn't quite in my red zone numbers wise this time, I think with the other heads rolling this patch, he would have found his way to the top
Resurreccion Yammy- No longer increments his rage counter while enraged
- I wasn't quite sure what to make of this 2 years ago or however long ago we realized that he could gain stacks towards his next rage mode while raged. 2 years ago, he sucked ass, so it was ignored. However, at this point, I've had games where if I can get enraged, I'll get 1 or 2 more enrages pretty easy, because leaving rage mode I'd already have 5 or 6 stacks. This will slow down the rate at which he rages
Random Tip:
If an effect on your character was placed there by your character, it's considered a helpful effect. If your character places it on an enemy, it's a harmful effect!
Noteworthy Bug Fixes:- Fixed several issues with Yin and Yang not transforming, or transforming completely
- Yin's "Crackling Assault" No longer damages the main target twice
- Yang's "Forced Resurreccion" now does damage
- Changing your title on the website works no, instead of changing ra1nh4rd's
- Resurrecion Yammy's "Ultimate Cero" now properly stuns a character if they go invulnerable while taking damage
- Tessai's increased damage effect is no longer removed when someone removes his stuns (It's been like 2 years, but this is finally fixed)
